Debuting in 1989, the Candy home and away shirts are some of the most famous and the most beloved. For the home, the eye-catching white speckle pattern and perfectly designed logo were a start. Add to that, the jersey was part of a historic season. In 1989, a Liverpool team that included John Barnes, Ian Rush and Alan Hansen lifted the First Division trophy under player-manager Kenny Dalglish. This would be Liverpool's last title for 30 years, until the 2019-20 season.
